Over 200 patient groups ask “Am I number 12?”

Hepatitis is more infectious than HIV and this years World Hepatitis Day asks the questions Am I number 12? One in twelve people are living with this disease and many of them are unaware of the risks or even what the disease is. Of course because of this it means that the disease spreads quickly because people don’t even know they have the disease and so are unaware that they are infectious. Over 200 patient groups are working with the World Hepatitis Alliance in order to raise awareness of this deadly disease.
